Volunteers are an important part of the future of Better Housing Solutions. Whether you have a few hours to give, a special skill to share, need community service hours, or simply believe in our mission, there are many ways to get involved.

As BHS grows, volunteer opportunities may include helping with community events, fundraising, outreach, donation drives, administrative projects, creative work, future programs, and other needs throughout the organization.

THERE'S A PLACE FOR EVERY KIND OF HELPER

You don’t have to have professional experience or know anything about nonprofit work to make a difference.

You might help with:

  • Community events and activities

  • Event setup and cleanup

  • Fundraising and donation drives

  • Welcome and registration tables

  • Community outreach

  • Photography or video

  • Social media and creative projects

  • Administrative projects

  • Resource research

  • Sponsorship and partnership outreach

  • Skilled trades or future property projects

  • Youth/community service hours

  • Other needs as BHS grows
